Katcha Moschitta is originally from Anápolis, Goiás-Brazil, and is the eldest of three siblings. She came to the United States at age 28 and has been living in Atlanta for over 22 years. Graduated in Law from Universidade Evangélica de Anápolis, she started a post-graduate degree in International Law at PUC-Goiás, but decided to leave it to come to the United States.

Before graduating in Law, Katcha tried studying other areas, such as Literature at Universidade Evangélica de Goiás and Biomedicine at Universidade Estadual de Anápolis, but did not complete them. She also studied Sanitation at Escola Técnica Federal de Goiás. After arriving in the United States, Katcha studied ESL at Interactive College of Technology, Pharmacy Technician at Kennesaw State University and graduated as a Paralegal and is Certified Immigration Assistant Provider GA Number 00068.

In 2014, Katcha returned to University to validate her law degree in Georgia, and in 2016, she graduated with a Master of Laws from Georgia State University. Currently, she is studying to become a licensed attorney in Georgia. Katcha still maintains her attorney license in Brazil and works on cases there, offering services IN BRAZIL to Brazilians living abroad such as Validation/Homologation of Foreign Divorce Sentence, Legitimation, Custody and Divorces in Brazil.

In 2022, Katcha founded Moschitta & Mendes, a law firm in Brazil in partnership with Dr. Fernando Henrique Mendes, specializing in Brazilian administrative law. Together, they offer immigration and family services, purchases and bids.
